- Do not disclose another person's sensitive information or use real-world locations to track or pressure them.
- Do not share private images or recordings clearly focused on another person without their consent.
Keep content safe
- Do not post pornography, sexual exploitation, graphic violence, encouragement of self-harm or dangerous challenges.
- Do not post illegal transactions, scams, malicious links, spam advertising or impersonation.
- Do not glorify hate groups, terrorism or threats of violence against real people.
Respect creativity and places
- Upload only text, photos, video, music and recordings you have the right to use.
- Do not direct people to gather at private homes, sensitive school areas, military sites or other places where entry or photography is prohibited.
- Do not use landmarks, businesses or public events to falsely imply official status.
Reporting, blocking and enforcement
Report rule-breaking content from an echo's safety menu. Block a user if you do not want to see their content. Moderators may limit visibility, delete content, reject launch screen submissions or restrict accounts. For an immediate threat to personal safety, contact local emergency services first.
Launch screen standards
Launch screen submissions must also avoid sensitive personal information, overt commercial promotion, low-quality content and misleading material. Permission does not guarantee selection and can be withdrawn at any time.
